Soul Liberation and Wellness

Eternity Philops, owner of Soul Liberation and Wellness, uses yoga classes as a space to not only improve physical health but provide therapeutic conversations and counseling. She offers one-on-one and group sessions online.

The Weight Bar/A&G Training

Location: 615 E. 6th Street

The Weight Bar offers a variety of classes, including cycle/spin, dance, yoga, and Total Body Boot Camp. Owner James Adams offers personal training and group sessions through A&G Training.

Trish Andrews Fitness, LLC

This fitness center offers one-on-one sessions and group sessions with workouts including core training, sports-related drills, kickboxing and more. Each client is also given a meal plan. At-home video workouts are available for purchase.
